Introduction

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Auto-Mo-Bills INC (the “Dealership”) and hosted by Wix. By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which is available via a link in the Site footer.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Site Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Dealership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Content is owned by the Dealership and/or its licensors and suppliers, which may include consumers, advertisers, agencies, service providers, vendors, and others (collectively, “Licensors and Suppliers”). You may view or download a single copy of Content for personal use only. Any other use—including reproduction, distribution, modification, display, performance, transmission, or commercial exploitation—requires our prior written consent.

Trademarks

The Content may include trademarks, service marks, and logos owned by the Dealership and by our Licensors and Suppliers. You agree not to use, copy, dilute, or infringe upon these marks. You may not remove or alter any trademark, copyright, or proprietary notices. The Dealership name and logo are proprietary trademarks of Auto-Mo-Bills INC.

Software

All software, code, and programming used on or in connection with the Site, including HTML and other code (collectively, “Software”), is owned by Wix and/or the Dealership’s Licensors and Suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Software is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

User-Submitted Materials and License Grant

We do not claim ownership of any information, data, communications, reviews, photos, or other materials you submit to us or through the Site (collectively, “Materials”). However, unless otherwise agreed in a signed writing, by submitting Materials you grant the Dealership an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such Materials in any media or technology now known or later developed, with the right to sublicense such rights.

Dealer and Manufacturer Incentives and Offers

Vehicle listings on the Site may reference manufacturer or third-party incentives, pricing programs, or special offers (“Offers”). The Dealership is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any Offers. Please contact the applicable manufacturer directly for full details, including eligibility requirements and restrictions.

Used vehicle pricing reflects applicable rebates and incentives and excludes required government fees. Optional add-ons, if available, will be disclosed separately and are not required for purchase. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Please verify all details with a customer service representative. Not all customers will qualify for all Offers, incentives, or financing.

Prohibited Conduct for Leads and Submissions

By submitting a lead or Materials, you agree that you will not:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination.

• Impersonate another person, falsify contact information, or misrepresent affiliations.

• Submit content containing restricted-access pages or hidden content.

• Provide instructions for illegal activities, violate privacy rights, or introduce malware or harmful code.

Interactive Areas

The Site may include forums, blogs, comment sections, or chat features (“Forums”) intended for users aged 18 and older. The Dealership does not endorse or verify statements or opinions posted in Forums or consumer reviews. Use respectful language and sound judgment. Advertising, solicitation, and unauthorized use of copyrighted materials are prohibited.

Any information you disclose in Forums may become public. You agree not to hold the Dealership responsible for third-party use of information you voluntarily share.

Registration and Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

During registration, you may be asked to consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls or text messages. Such consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Due to the volume of user submissions, we do not monitor all Materials. You acknowledge that we are not liable for user-submitted content and reserve the right to review, modify, or remove Materials at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Prohibited Activities

Representations and Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Dealership, its Licensors and Suppliers, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Materials, Site use, or violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE DEALERSHIP DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEALERSHIP AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE IN THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You agree that injunctive relief may be appropriate and that no refund is required upon termination.

Miscellaneous

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Dealership is domiciled. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year and must be pursued individually, not as part of a class action. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Dealership.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Site Manager

Wix provides website creation, hosting, and technical support services. As between Wix and the Dealership, the Dealership owns all Site Content.
